Jennie Alice "Jackie" Blondeau

July 2, 1936, in Hartford, CT, a beautiful baby girl was born.  "Jackie" Jennie Alice Blonde beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  Jackie lived a life with love, laughter and deep connection with family and friends throughout her life.  Jackie passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

Jackie was an animal lover, especially cats.  You couldn't keep her away from those four legged fur balls, even if you tried to.  She loved butterflies.  She was an avid reader and loved traveling.  If she could, she would be off sight seeing everyday and let there be a nice meal involved, you won her heart.  She loved to have a good time and you could always find her at the casino.  She loved to play spades at all the family gatherings with her favorite partners Courtland, Monique and Link.  We all know who her favorite partner was.  She also loved going to eat with her family.  She loved her classic country music.  Her favorite song was "Kiss an Angel Good Morning" by Charley Pride.  She truly loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends and will truly be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Jackie is survived by her loving daughters, Rosemarie LaBreck, Joanne Smith (Carlton Green), her brother, Raymond (Donna) Bigelow, sister in law, Camille, grandchildren, Kimberlee, Melanie, Franklin, Brandon, Walter, Sheryl and Carla.  She had seventeen great grandchildren, Dominique, Damani, Kimono, Shady, Suriyah, Josiah, Sydnee, Naomi, Harley, Isaiah, Mariah, Elijah, Iyana, Jeremiah, King, Messiah, Mekhi, and four great great grandchildren.  Jackie is preceded in death by her husband Edward Blondeau, her brothers, sister and sister in law, Richard, Gail and Stephen (Irene) Bigelow. 

The family is being served by Gentle Water Cremation, Florida.  A Celebration of Jackie's beautiful life will commence at 12:00 pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Villa Madonna, 4809 Lakeworth Rd., Lake Worth, FL 33463 and will conclude at 3 pm. All are invited to attend.
